Ascendly Advertising ("Ascendly," "we," "us") provides Google Ads management for real estate investors and wholesalers. This policy explains what information we collect through ascendlyads.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your full name, phone number and email address. You can also choose to share your primary market and current monthly ad spend. If you call or email us, we collect what you share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. We do not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy.
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Ascendly Advertising about your inquiry and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
